Service Description
Pemo is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product that provides automated chart generation, AI data identification, chart customization, and collaboration features. The specific content and functionality of the services may be updated or modified at any time.

You need to create an account to use our services. When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for your account activities, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or legal requirements.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload while using Pemo services (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). You grant us the necessary rights to process and display your User Content to provide our services.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Pemo services. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the total amount you paid during your use of the services.
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Pemo services at any time and will notify you in advance. We have the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these Terms or legal requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). You agree that the courts of Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Pemo services.
